Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be aware that there can be variations in the salt amount and/or color of our pretzels and that breakage can occur during shipping. We do not offer full refunds based on these issues.
